Deliveries in mainland France take between 3 and 5 working days. Our stock is located in the north of France. There is no physical store at present. Orders can only be placed over the Internet.
You have 14 days to return a product if you are not satisfied with it. You must return your complete, unused product in its original packaging to the following address: Atelier Full/Gaucherie – 232 bis, rue de la Lys, 59250 Halluin Cedex. This return is at your expense, except of course if there was an error in preparing your package, or if the product ordered arrived broken or in poor working order. In this case, you can contact us at ryma.fuchs@gaucherie.fr, taking care to provide proof of the error or damaged item (copy of your order and photo of the product). We will send you a label enabling you to return the product to us at our expense.
Our left-handed Azerty keyboards are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. After this date, you must return the product to the manufacturer (see information on the keyboard packaging).
