Description

Part of the professional range from French manufacturer SITRAM, these saucepans have 2 spouts: one on the left for right-handed cooks, and one on the right for left-handed cooks. On the piano*, they are known as ‘saucers’ because they are used to prepare sauces and creams. The large spouts (not timid spouts that serve no purpose) are then very useful for mastering the precision of the dosage on each plate and for delicately drawing the decorative arabesques that herald an unforgettable tasting experience. Alternatively, you can mix your mixture with the whisk in your left hand and pour in the water or milk with the saucepan in your right. In this case, this saucepan with its two spouts is really a saucepan for left-handers… Features: Material: all stainless steel, professional quality Bottom: thick aluminium sandwich pan Use: all burners including induction Diameters: 12 cm/14 cm/16 cm Capacity: 0.6 l/1.0 l/1.4 l Made in France. *Piano: (technical) large stove in the middle of the kitchen, in a restaurant or hotel.
