This quick-drying ink feature is essential for left-handers, as their hand moves quickly over the written text (a bit like checking or validating it!) and leaves trails both on the paper and on their hand if the ink isn’t dry. The great quality of rollerballs is their writing comfort, as the tip glides over the paper. To achieve this smoothness, the ink is much more fluid than in a conventional ballpoint pen. The major drawback is that the ink takes longer to dry, as with a fountain pen. Schneider has developed an ink that combines writing flexibility and fast drying, so take advantage! Sliders are equipped with an M (medium) tip, 1.0 mm in diameter, for a writing stroke of 0.5 to 0.90 mm.
