Left-handed jug

Description

This pretty 150 ml Purion clay jug for left-handers is handmade. Purion is made from clay and minerals. It has been made to enhance the flavour of tea and resist heat, but can also be used for fresh water. Its curved spout ‘the right way round’ makes it particularly suitable for left-handers, who will finally be able to pour beautifully without burning their feet. My dad was a visionary when he suggested a left-handed mug. I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that this jug has benefited from the ‘tarte Tatin’ effect. It may have been a dud from the start, but it makes a lovely gift for left-handed tea-lovers!
